Lucinda J. Maier

Lucinda met Richard in high school and married him after obtaining an AA degree from San Jose City College .  She then went to work for IBM in San Jose .  When Lucinda and Richard started a family, Lucinda quit work to be a stay-at-home mom.  When Richard started his own business, she began working in his office—first part time and then as the children got older, she worked full time for him. 

 

When their oldest child developed a rare sleep disorder, they developed a website (www.klsfoundation.org) and non-profit organization.  Lucinda continues to work in the office and as Founder and Board member of the KLS Foundation.  She enjoys her children and her grandchildren.
